Land Acquisition Analyst

This position requires the acquisition of land or finished lots for development. The Land Acquisition Analyst will assist in land acquisitions by performing all necessary research including financial and pricing analysis’, Evaluate, organize, and secure potential land acquisition leads, prepare time to market proformas, conduct title and municipal research and inquiries regarding potential leads.Schedule initial meeting with seller and/or seller’s representative and provide all necessary property description, seller demands, term, conditions and contact information to management for potential leads.

Manager Marketing

Manages the promotion and direction of the marketing or service activities, improvement of company’s product image, market data and information, including supervising and directing the work of all Sales and Marketing Employees. Provide training related to marketing as necessary.Price all homes that are released for sale. This includes working with outside consultants and walking inventory lots for premiums while maximizing revenue for the division. Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and oversight of the real estate settlement process.  Ensures consistent delivery of a high-touch, professional closing experience for all stakeholders.  Effectively manages work flow from opening through disbursement.  Responsible for oversight of escrow accounts, including daily resolution of both positive and negative file balances, and monthly maintenance of uncleared checks.  Acts as a neutral third party establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all involved in the real estate transaction – consumers, homebuilder, mortgage and title personnel, realtors and attorneys.  7-10 years prior title and/or escrow experience required.  Closing new homes in a production builder environment is desired.  Multi-county experience required, statewide experience a plus.  Texas Escrow Officer License and Notary required.

Manager of Quality Assurance & Quality Control

The Manager of Quality Assurance/Quality Control is responsible for managing the day to day aspects of the third party inspection staff responsible for inspecting homes under construction to ensure they are built to William Lyon Homes’ performance standards.  Building relationships with trade partners to educate and inform them of deficiencies found needing correction and future prevention of these items.  In addition the position works with the Construction and Warranty team(s) in a training capacity to meet our requirements (building standards).

Contract Administrator

The Administrator coordinates and administers on-site contract (or subcontracts) work using standardized methods relating to the processing and recording of contracts.  Administrators organize and file invoices, lien waivers and preliminary notices. Administrators also receive, sort, organize, and accurately process all incoming invoices and utilities, meeting deadlines timely and efficiently. Must be able to input a minimum amount of invoices daily.

Title Operations Manager

Title Operations Manager is Responsible for leading a title production team supporting several states across multiple time zones.  This role requires a basic understanding of real property law as it relates to title commitment and policy production, as well be accountable for internal service, quality, efficiency and competency of individuals and the team.  Responsible for maintaining internal and external title relationships with branches, underwriters and search vendors, while possessing the ability to communicate objectives and positively influence efforts of others to achieve stated goals and objectives.  Prior commercial and/or builder title experience required with the ability to create base files from a combination of reviewing and evaluating acquisition policies, plat maps, surveys, CCR’s and other legal documents.  Drives and delivers consistent, high quality output while fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
